Buffalo, NY While our prelims will tend to be the same from city to city we may from time to time offer different prizes, or different times, etc. Our Buffalo NY pageant will be the kick off and premiere of Girl Next Door. Please join us for our special Christmas kick off of this exciting new pageant! December 3rd Age groups: 0-23 mths; 2-3 yrs; 4-5 yrs; 6-7 yrs; 8-9 yrs; 10-11 yrs; 12-14 yrs; 15-18 yrs and 19 and up. Boys (yes we are having boys!!) Ages: 0-23 yrs; 2-4 yrs; 5-8 yrs; 9-12 yrs Areas of Competition: Formal Wear: This is our beauty category. You get one minute on stage. All hair, makeup and attire requirements are listed under our FAQ page. Please refer to that for rules. Music will be provided for this event. You will be judged on overall appeal; facial beauty and poise and personality. Girl Next Door: This is our true all natural, girl next door look category. All contesants will get one minute on stage and they will be expected to wear their Girl Next Door tshirt and jeans. Music will be provided for this event. You will be judged on facial beauty; stage presence and personality. Runway: This is our modeling event. All contestants will get one and a half minutes on stage and may bring their own music. Their attire should reflect that of what you would see at a fashion show, whether catalog fashion or high end. You will be judged on Stage Presence, Personality and overall appeal. Ages 4 and up will also be judged on modeling ability for their age. Photogenic: This is our photo event. Please refer to FAQ's page for full details and rules. Talent: This is your time to do whatever you want, look however you want, etc. Makeup is allowed for this event , as is any form of dancing, gymnastics, etc. you want to do. There are no rules, other than keeping it safe as well as 3 minutes long. Holiday Wear: Bring the holiday spirit to the stage! Get out your Christmas wear and rock the stage. You get one minute on stage and this is a NO RULES competition. This means you can do whatever you want on stage for your routine, as far as modeling is concerned. You may have dance moves incorporated but it must still be a runway routine. Do not turn it into a talent routine. We will supply the music for this event We will run categories starting from 0-23mths, 2-3 yrs, etc and up. We will start with beauty, then model, then runway, then holiday wear and lastly, talent. Holiday Party: We will host a holiday party in between competition and crowning. The party will be approximately 2 hours long and will consist of Christmas gifts for the contestants, stockings of goodies, dinner, 10 foot candy buffet, balloon and snow drop from the ceiling, balloon pop for prizes, Christmas cookie exchange for adults, Santas workshop of crafts and so much more! Our 0-3 Grand will win a Princess Plush Chair, our 4-9 will win a portable DVD player and our 10 and up will win Tiffany's Jewelry. 3 Mini Supremes (0-3 yrs, 4-9 yrs, 10 and up) All of our mini supremes will win a large crown, custom sash and customized GND luggage in rockin colors! Overall Beauty Winner - Overall Beauty Winner will win a large crown, custom sash and $50 cash. Overall Girl Next Door Winner - Overall GND winner will win a large crown, custom sash and $50 cash. Overall Runway Winner - Overall Runway winner will win a large crown, custom sash and $50 cash. Overall Photogenic Winner - Our overall photogenic winner will win a large crown, custom sash and a models' portfolio book. (to place your photos in for competitions) Overall Talent Winner - Our overall talent winner will win a large crown, custom sash and a gold album replica award. Beauty: We will award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for beauty for each age group with special crowns and prizes. Everyone not placing in beauties top 3, will still be named as prince/princess and receive a beauty crown. Girl Next Door: We will award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for GND for each age group with special crowns and prizes. Everyone not placing in GND's top 3 will still be named as a prince/princess and receive a special gift. Runway: We will award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for Runway for each age group with special crowns and prizes. Everyone not placing in Runways top 3 will still be named as a prince/princess and receive a special gift. Photogenic: We will award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for Photogenic for each age group with special crowns and prizes. Photogenic is an extra event and not included in your grand package. We will only be awarding the top 3 in this group. There will be no princess/prince titles. Talent: We will award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for Talent for each age group . First place winners will win a special crown and microphone trophy. Second and Third place winners will each win a special crown. Talent is an extra event and not included in your grand package. We will only be awarding the top 3 in this group. There will be no princess/prince titles.
